• Understand and describe the importance of the EL in realizing Organization objectives
• Understand  the various roles of the EL and when to apply each role:
• Develop an understanding in order to maximize the performance of self; the team, other individuals and the organisation.
• Understand the importance of effective leadership
• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the emerging leader
• Understand the concepts of planning, organising, leading and controlling in relation to leadership
• Understand the concept of Action Centred Leadership and to for you to have an understanding of its components as this will guide the contents for this entire programme!

Target Audience:

Any person (first line or entering first line) who needs to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness in others in order to achieve winning business relationships with subordinates and colleagues as well as solid personal and social relationships.
