Anne-Marie’s capability lies in HR consulting, change management and business and executive coaching. She has worked in Government and Corporate that includes the Insurance, Financial, Engineering, Retail, Logistics, Mining and Motor Industries.
Her experience empowers her to contribute meaningfully to Clients’ environments by assisting them to reinvent the workplace, e.g., employee engagement, retention, improved leadership, building a meaningful culture and the redesign of their organisations.
As an HR leader she is focused on designing a work environment that engages people through career development and a strong learning culture, supporting her Clients to vie for the best talent in the market.
Her passion is to simplify ‘complicated’ HR processes, from recruiting to performance management to onboarding to rewards systems. She is a strong believer in the use of organisational data and analytics to improve and transform organisational and individual performance.
She has a Degree in Social Work and a B Proc degree. She also qualified as a Business Executive Coaching in 2010 and obtained a Labour Law Certificate (Individual Labour Law) in 2015, both at WITS University

Illan Dubb is a qualified Physiotherapist with a special interest in Stress Management, Functional Wellness, and Productivity related Solutions. His formal education includes a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering. This training has equipped Illan with the ability to look at challenges from both a clinical, and a practical engineering and business environment perspective.
In practice since 1988, Illan has consolidated these two worldviews into a practical “solution-finding” model for Productivity and Wellness related challenges. Illan has a passion for facilitating workshops with a focus on finding ways to enhance productivity, improve performance, reduce stress and optimise the wellness status of individuals, teams and ultimately the organisation.

Currently completing an MSc in the Management of Innovation and Technology and with a background in health sciences, psychology and business, Janet is uniquely qualified to understand the psychological and practical systems which underlie behaviour and outcomes. Her broad-based work experience includes time spent in governmental, non-profit and volunteer organisations, small, medium and corporate businesses, service and trade enterprises, retail, financial and medical industries. Within these fields she has developed practical insight and skills across a wide spectrum of business activities including supply chain, small scale production, inventory management, customer service, financial management, marketing, sales, human resources development, executive leadership, strategy execution and governance. As a result, the perspective which she brings to leadership training, coaching and consulting is systemic, practical and focused on sustainable application.

As HOD and Accounting Officer, she was responsible for providing strategic direction to her department and contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plans of the provincial administration of the Eastern Cape.
Under the umbrella of HRNetwork, she did consulting work on Employment Equity (EE) facilitating the development of EE plans at Cape Nature and the Northern Cape Legislature. During the 33 years of her public service, rising through the ranks up to Head of Department (HOD), she served in both the national and provincial spheres of government including Parliament of the Republic of South Africa as Executive Manager charged with strategic planning for her department and committees of Parliament.
At Parliament, Nomonde was the Division Manager (Deputy Director-General equivalent) for Legislation and Oversight in charge of the support services to the legislative and oversight function of Parliament which are the core business of Parliament. She was in charge of Committees’ support services; Research and Library; Language Services (Interpreting, Translation and Hansard Reporting) and the support office to the Leader of Government Business.
During this period, she worked with committees of Parliament to develop business plans and resource planning.
She conducted surveys of clients and staff to establish levels of service. Based on the results of these surveys she overhauled, with positive results, the organisational structures and working systems in a number of critical support areas to improve their efficiency and effectiveness including strategic human resource planning, training, development and performance management and change management to improve delivery of services. She also conducted skills audit to establish suitability and capacity development needs of staff to render the services of the pre-determined delivery levels. She designed intervention programmes to build the necessary capacity.
She served as a project sponsor for several parliamentary projects and events including the training of Members of Parliament (MPs), the development of the Public Participation Model for Parliament in collaboration with Provincial Legislatures etc. She served in a number of executive committees which developed strategies for various areas of importance in Parliament. She led the Focus Group which provided the technical support during the development of the Oversight Model for Parliament.
She managed a budget of R269m, including the budget for the committees of Parliament, which represented a big percentage of the entire parliamentary budget set aside for operations. Her excellent performance in this area was as a result of her indepth knowledge and understanding of the financial principles which underpin the promulgation of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
During the 13 years of her service in Parliament, she successfully introduced innovative measures to improve the service delivery of her line function areas including development of parliament’s language policy and facilitating its adoption, enhancing the support to parliamentary committees by introducing content and research specialist support, procedural and secretarial support and innovation in the production of Hansard through digitisation of the production processes which hitherto were manual and managed the changes brought about these innovations
